Five star experience (again)! Bought an above ground pool from Hesselsons 5 years ago and was extremely pleased with the installation and support after pool was installed. Went to the showroom this weekend to discuss and purchase a hot tub with a price and brand in my mind - discussed with my salesman Sean; and walked out in about 15 minutes with a better model than I thought I could get with my budget and a solid overall experience. Still need to get delivered and installed but if similar to the pool, no doubt it will meet expectations. Highly recommend Hesselsons - wish they still sold firearms!
I love going into Hesselsons. Everyone is so helpful and kind. When issues arise with your spa, they are always very patient and kind explaining the procedure you should take. . Just wish it wasn't so far from my house then I would visit more frequently. If you are in the market to purchase a new spa, I won't hesitate to purchase it there. We had a great experience and they took there time explaining things and there was no pressure to make a decision. Great customer service. 😀
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone at Hesselson’s is completely invested in making sure they deliver a great customer experience. Our sales representative Sean was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. The entire process from purchasing to soaking in our first hot tub was seamless. They even helped us find phenomenal contractors to poor a new concrete pad and a great electrician. Highly recommend!
Visited other competitive locations, was pleasantly surprised with variety and quality of hot tubs available. Sean was very helpful in explaining differences of each hot tub and directing us to the one best suited to our needs and price range. Very Very satisfied. Delivery people were very helpful and very careful. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub!!
